How do they do it? Everything is perfect. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were given a very warm welcome. The setting is cosy and very simple. All the happiness is in the different dishes. With each dish you wonder how the chefs are going to surprise you, and each time they achieve their objective. The presentation is meticulous, and the exceptional taste of the appetisers carries through to the desserts. Chef Dubois's visit to each table is much appreciated.
